What we collect and why

When you complete the Quick Scan assessment, we process the following personal data:

• Name, company name, email address
• Company information (size, IT team size, number of locations, SAP situation)
• Assessment responses

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to send you your Quick Scan results and a related offer by email, and for internal business record-keeping.

• Sending Quick Scan results and offer: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent
• Internal lead notification: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest of the Controller

Data processors

• Supabase Inc. (data storage — AWS eu-central-1 region, within the EU)
• Resend Inc. (email delivery)

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as the purpose of processing exists, or until you request deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
